Good news! The Temple Bookroom has re-opened. You are welcome to visit after the service. There you will find SRF books, magazines, music, videos, and other inspirational items. The Temple Bookroom is located on the north side of the Temple patio.

There will be a memorial service for longtime Encinitas devotee Brian Folk at the main Encinitas Temple today, at 1 p.m. All are welcome to attend.

More good news! Beginning Wednesday, June 1, the J Street  12 – 4 p.m. Open Chapel will be adding Wednesdays to the days available for individual prayer and meditation.

All are warmly invited to attend a one-day silent retreat either in-person at the main Encinitas Temple or online from the SRF Online Meditation Center on Saturday, June 4, from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. The theme of the retreat will be “Finding Spiritual Balance in Your Life.” It will be led by SRF nuns and will include group practice of the Energization Exercises, periods of silent meditation, devotional chanting, and an inspirational lecture.

This one-day silent retreat at the main Temple will replace the 4-hour Meditation preceded by practice of the Energization Exercises at the J Street Chapel on Saturday, June  4.

Sunday, May 22: The SRF Lessons Study Group is reading from Lesson 10, entitled,  “The Cycles of Life and Death.”
