Arrival Information

Check-in
Our staff is available Wednesday through Saturday to answer questions, give directions, and assist you between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Check-in time to the retreat is between 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive between these hours. If your flight is delayed, or some other situation has arisen that prevents you from checking in between 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., please contact us regarding an exception so we can make special arrangements.

Check-out
Check-out time on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday is 10 a.m. On Sundays, the check-out time is 3 p.m.

What to bring
The retreat provides towels, bed linens, SRF books, cushions, and armrests (used for practice of the SRF Aum Technique). Please bring your own toiletries.

Clothing
We ask that retreatants dress conservatively in casual and comfortable clothing that is modest, in keeping with the ideals of a spiritual community. The coastal weather at the retreat can be unpredictable. Layers are recommended.

Payment
We request that donations for your retreat stay be made in-person during check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, check, money order or cash.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible, as there may be others on a waitlist who wish to come in your place.
